  Graduate @AZ: 3-year “Accelerate Your Career” program with 3 assignments for qualified fresh graduates with satisfactory performance. The first assignment is Medical Representative in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu or Nanjing Sales team. The second assignment will be in one of the support functions, e.g., Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing. The third assignment will be in Marketing as a Brand Manager, or an Analyst in Business Development. This program aims to give new hires more exposure in relatively short period of time, and therefore “Accelerate Your Career”. Students can enjoy the flexibility to choose either move-on at end of each assignment, or stay in the preferred department/position. Excellent students will be considered for international assignment at the end of the program. For 2008 fresh graduates only.
